Terms & Conditions for General, Hospital, and Jail Notary Services

Unfortunately, Office appointments are 95% "no shows," meaning the customers don't show up at all or don't cancel the appointment in a timely manner. Therefore, full payment is required for office or mobile notarizations and for any other services requested by customers, including but not limited to Translation and apostille facilitation, before services are rendered. Please read the following information:

NOTARIZATION APPOINTMENTS ARE ONLY SCHEDULED AND CONFIRMED ONCE THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND SUBMITS THE FULL PAYMENT FOR REQUESTED SERVICES.

General, Hospital, and Jail Notary services are provided for an agreed-upon fee upon request via email, online, phone, or text. YOU, the customer requiring the notary services, have the freedom not to accept the agreed-upon notary fee, and you are not obligated to use our services.
By agreeing to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, you are aware of entering into the following agreement:
-
Full payment is required for all services requested by the customer.
-
Please note that My Home Notary Service booking form may occasionally experience issues that may result in incorrect fee amounts being displayed—either higher or lower. In such cases, fees will be adjusted accordingly, and My Home Notary Service will inform you of any changes.
-
If the booking form overcharges you for the requested services, you will be reimbursed for the difference. Conversely, if the booking form undercharges you, you agree to pay the difference to My Home Notary Service.
