1. First and foremost, know that my Home Notary Service is not affiliated with the Mexican Consulate. Its sole purpose is to help you facilitate the appointment to process your documents with the Mexican Consulate.
The Mexican Consulate offers services for processing the following documents: Derechos consulares, Pasaporte, Matricula Consular, Credencial para votar, Acta de Nacimiento, Solicitud de OP-7, Cartilla Militar, and more.
2. To schedule an appointment with us, please specify the type of appointment you require and provide the initial documentation required by the Mexican consulate. Your information will not be shared with any entity not involved in facilitating the appointment.

Please note that My Home Notary Service is not affiliated with the Mexican consulate. Its sole purpose is to serve as a facilitator, assisting in scheduling appointments for clients. The scheduling process and its outcome are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for any actions or decisions made by the Mexican consulate.

Payment Policy
The appointment facilitation service must be paid in full before the service is provided. This payment is solely for the appointment scheduling service and is non-refundable once the appointment scheduling process has begun
Non-Refundable Policy
No refunds will be issued once payment has been submitted and the service has begun. This policy applies even if the Mexican consulate cancels, reschedules, or changes the appointment.
Client Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have gathered all the necessary documents for your appointment with the Mexican consulate. My Home Notary Service does not provide assistance or advice regarding consulate requirements; our services are solely to facilitate appointment scheduling. Separate Fees
The fee paid for appointment facilitation and scheduling is separate from any fees charged by the Mexican consulate for its services. You are responsible for paying the required fees directly to the consulate.
Liability
Once the appointment has been successfully scheduled for the date and time requested by the client, we are not responsible for cancellations or changes made by the Mexican consulate. If the consulate cancels or reschedules your appointment, I cannot be held responsible, and no refunds or credits will be issued for the scheduling fee.
